Understanding Your Struggles
Life often presents challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unfulfilled. You might struggle with relationships, negative thoughts, or a lack of purpose and direction. These experiences are common and don't mean you're failing - they're part of being human.
How Therapy Can Help
You may be looking to better understand your life experiences, improve your emotional well-being, or strengthen your relationships.
Therapy can help you develop skills to make choices aligned with your values and goals, while equipping you with the insight and tools to navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence and resilience.
My Approach
Therapy serves as a space for processing your emotions, identifying your strengths, and improving self-awareness and self-compassion.
Treatment will be tailored to your presenting concerns and goals, and often includes an integrated approach that blends attachment, family systems, narrative, DBT, and CBT interventions.
You will be given the opportunity to explore your past, so you can better understand your experiences in the here-and-now. Together, we will add meaningful context to feelings and behaviors, identify behaviors that promote positive change, and bring a deeper layer of understanding to your experiences and self-knowledge.
Open and honest communication is the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship. This means that your feedback is valued and encouraged. Most importantly, I am committed to ensuring that you feel safe, well-supported, and valued during our work together.

About Me
Welcome! My name is Taylor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist in Atlanta, GA, offering services both in person and online.
I consider myself a relationship therapist, as I believe that we all need healthy connections, both with ourselves and others, to feel fulfilled. I enjoy providing support to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan.
In my practice, I work alongside clients to increase awareness, move through emotions rather than over them, and cultivate resilience and meaning in spite of difficult experiences. I'm glad you're here and look forward to connecting with you!

Getting Personal
I'm originally from upstate NY and moved to Georgia to pursue my graduate education. I currently live and work in the city of Atlanta.
I feel most connected and nourished when I'm in nature, spending time with loved ones, traveling, and cooking and indulging in good food.
I also have a soft spot for animals, and enjoy volunteering at my local shelter and relaxing at home with my fur babies - Luna, Shugs, Mello, and Mochi.
